I am posting a ~mid-month update to demostrate the current progress and that the grant is on track given I have made an overlapping grant request to meet the next grant meeting.

- Efforts with UI framework code to enable the upload UI
TODO:
- Operations UI (a ui mock is ready)
- File Manager (powered by IPFS pinner API which is now compliant, a ui mock is ready)
- Pinning UI flow
- UX sanity checks
- Verifying IPFS content is accessible
It is expected that the rest of the UI efforts will completed on schedule given the hardest parts were IPFS compliance, getting a wizard form supported in the UI, and ensuring car processing + uploading worked correctly.
