Hi @mecsbecs — thanks for the heads-up. I’ve reviewed the new guidelines and decided to move in a different direction. This proposal can be moved to Inactive.
Since s3d is on the Foundation’s roadmap, native S3 compatibility will be handled at the infrastructure level, making standalone migration tooling redundant. Instead, with the new guidelines in place, I wanted to build something more valuable for the ecosystem — production-ready video infrastructure, a real-world workload that directly addresses the committee’s interest in large file sharing and viewing.
