I'd like to help out as a UI/product designer

Hi,

I’m an UI/product designer from The Netherlands. As a job, I work for (inter)national corporations, but I really rather work for a good cause: a free internet.

I’d like to help out/volunteer, but I don’t know where to start. I would like to offer my skills. If you need help for an app/website, and you need it to look cool, nice and user friendly, let me know!

Welcome Julian! If you haven’t yet, I’d highly recommend joining Sia’s discord, more specifically the #app-dev channel. I’m sure there are more than a few developers in there that would welcome any help you’re willing to offer!

I know there are a few apps that could really use a design overhaul. I’m sure plenty of other people would greatly appreciate product feedback as well.

here’s an easy place to get started, it’s a working tool that may benefit from some design help.

We have a hackathon coming up soon (that we haven’t quite announced yet), and I think there are multiple devs/teams that would be excited to have you involved in their projects for the hackathon.

I can make a design proposal for Skynet Send, looks fun to do. I think it will done next week. To whom shall I send the design concept?

Iirc @redsolver on Discord is responsible for VUP. He is also responsible for tons of other great Skapps that he’d probably be happy get some design help with.
