I have 2 siac hosts and 2 old wallets(24 word).
Now I want to switch to hostd, or start new.
Can I still use the old wallets for this?
Or do I have to transfer it to a new one(12 Word)?
Is it possible to host 2 hostd( different areas/ip) with the same wallet?
You must create a new 12-word seed to use hostd. The two nodes should not share the same wallet seed.
There is a migration utility, but I highly recommend starting fresh and spinning down the old node over time if you can. GitHub - SiaFoundation/migrate-siad-host: Migrates an old siad host to the new hostd data stores
