Lost Transfer of Siacoin from Poloniex

Same issue here. "Hash not Found in Database". Poloniex ticket has been open for > 100 hours without any movement.

@JoeStrange The advice I have for people buying VC is #1 use a well established exchange to buy your coin #2 dont leave your coin on the exchange, transfer it to you own wallet and secure your wallet while also keeping copies in triplicate. #3 start with a small xfer before you do a larger one to make sure you have your addresses right and there are no issues. The people here complaining are here because they did all the right things but still got screwed. If this was an issue that Polo froze all wallets and announced a hack and people were complaining about having $50k USD in long holdings on the exchange, I would have not much sympathy.

@Kilroy My ticket has been in the "being processed" stage for over 3 days now, too. Sucks having to wait this long without even hearing a response.
9 days later and nothing's changed. Still waiting for a response.

- Check whether your transaction is on the blockchain (use explore.sia.tech - put the txid into the 'hash' field)
- Check whether the address you gave to the exchange is in your wallet ('wallet addresses' typed into the terminal tab)

All of the above was ok in my case, but still didn't see the coins in my wallet. Then, after a couple of days and a reboot, the coins finally appeared in the wallet. I was using shapeshift for trading.
It seems some people who didn't receive their coins can see the transaction in the blockchain while others don't . These could be due to two completely separate issues.

No coins so far. Support ticket open since 19th and no response. I just want my SC out of polo.

@acpr I don't know how to do.I am very disappointed.You can ask the polo support to handle this issue.But the ticket will be responsed at least a half month.

Im having the same issue! I wish I had read this forum before I made the transfer. The SC aren't even showing up on the blockchain!

still same problem. Had the problem on May 18, submitted ticket on May 19. Went to trollbox and ask for response. Still no response until now.

Has anyone seen or received an offical word from POLO that the SC wallet has been fixed. When a MOD in the Trollbox was asked today- they had no comment. I wouldn't assume POLONIEX has magically dropped all other tickets and"fixed" the SC wallet and not said anything about it.
If I was in this position (I am not), but if I was I would wait until some official word of the wallet being repaired has been made.. or if you "think" it has been fixed (without confirmation).. try to move a small amount of coin after performing the checks made earlier. This at least reduces any exposure to the issue.

I received a response today to my ticket on Polo that the issue was resolved and the transaction was complete.
Nope. The transaction is not visible on the blockchain and the coins aren't in my wallet.
Then I tried to transfer the rest of my Siacoin to my wallet and got an error message with no access to my coins. WTF? I am worried about this Poloniex company.
