help unlock my wallet took 12 hours still not yet unloack

    Hi I had tried to install my sia ul since last friday
    during the synchronizing the computer got hanged and restart
    But after that all is done complete
    But when i tried to unlocked my wallet it took forever no matter what I do even after i restart the com it will be forever in unlocking your wallet this may take a while

    heres my other question
    1 if i want to uninstall it to make a fresh copy how do i do it?
    2 what can i do to fix it
    3 can i install sia in a external hdd

    1. What version?
    2. The very first time you unlock it will take a long time if you are using an external HDD. Perhaps several hours :(
    3. If you are using v1.2.0 or higher, after your first unlock it'll be a lot faster.

    You can use Sia on an external HDD, but it's going to be very slow. We recommend running Sia on an SSD, and then if you are a host you can add external HDDs as storage folders and this will not be too slow.
