new wallet issues

Dear Devs,
I had previous version of SIA wallet 1.1.2 and recently downloaded the new version 1.2.0
The wallet does not open and Im glad I didn´t have yet any coins there. Im following you guys for a while to invest some coins but now can´t open the new wallet
"SIA-UI error has ocurred_Siad unexpectedly exited. Error log Loading... (0/6) Loading Siad... (1/6) Loading Gateway... (2/6) Loading Consensus... (3/6) Loading transaction pool...(4/6) Loading wallet...(5/6)....Loading host...Closing Wallet....Closing Transaction Pool...Closing consensus set....closing gateway...invalid character '\x00'lookinf for beggining of value.
Would much appreciate it´s fixed soon ! thanks

Hey, sorry for taking three days to get to this. This is a fairly common error and unfortunately it's pretty damaging. When your machine has a hard poweroff while getting a new block, sometimes you can lose your data. In this case, your host files got corrupted :(
To fix it, you will have to go into the folders manually and delete the host. Unfortunately, this means that you will lose any contracts.
People running the current version can avoid the bug by not doing a hard-poweroff, especially Windows users are vulnerable.

Hard-poweroff will not cause corruption starting from v1.2.1. We are really sorry for anyone who has run into this bug before that.
