Build miner into wallet

Build the miner software into the wallet so people just starting out can configure a quick and simple miner to get started. As they get better they can get into stand alone miners but a miner build into the wallet would reduce the learning curve.
The wallet should be a fully self contained and one stop shop application for SIA. So mining (being a big part of that) should be built right into the wallet.

This is somewhat difficult because the miner is OpenCL, and there are no pure-go bindings for Open-CL that I know of (this may have changed over the past years). There's also no support for mining pools that we have directly.
This is on our longer-ish term roadmap, but it's not right around the corner.
