No sia coins received in my wallet

I transfered 2 days ago sia coins from poloniex to my wallet. But the balance in my wallet is still 0.
- The order is marked as "complete" by poloniex.
- The recipient address where I did the the transfer is listed in the list of addresses of my wallet.
Any idea ?

You need to contact Poloniex. They are having a lot of problems with withdrawals. The transaction number they provided you should be invalid. Check this on the Sia explorer. https://explore.sia.tech/

Thank you. In made a search with my transaction id. I found this result. It is my transaction but I don't understand: why "siacoins output" ? + why my wallet is still empty ? Can you give me more explenation ?

Probably just means 10 siacoins deducted as fees. Is your wallet synced? What is your block height?

Yes. Synced. Block height = 99173. Does the command "wallet addresses" means that each addess is valid to receive coins in my wallet ? The address where i sent the money is well listed in this list but not in "wallet address".

All address listed by 'wallet addresses' are valid and will reach your wallet.

Have you unlocked your wallet? How do you determine there's no coins in your wallet? Can you type "wallet balance" in the terminal? What is the output?

Very obvious the Sia address is not in your wallet. Can you join the Sia slack to troubleshoot further?

@marc_antoine the blockchain is telling you the transaction went through. And 10 coins used for the transaction. Notice the 10 coin difference between input n output?

No, I didn't notice these 10 sc difference. I checked the withdrawal history from poloniex, I have these information:

polo might give you wrong txid,
you can check that by command "siac wallet addresses | grep 9109834a0a0d6db0ad198ec5d4c2"if nothing comes out,it's not your wallet address

I need some more information.
- What version are you running?
- How did you get the wallet? (is it a new seed, is it a backup seed you just loaded, etc.)
- What address did you give to Polo? You should be able to find this in your polo history.
- Does that address (that you gave Polo) appear in the output of 'wallet addresses' (typed into the terminal)?
- Can you share with us the address?
With those things, we can get a better idea of what's going on.
