this error ::: sia-ul wallet Error : connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.01:9980

I give this error after opening Sia-Ul and typing password wallet

after several minutes, first show me:
sia-ul wallet Error : connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.01:9980

After click on ok in this Error show:
ERROR FETCHING DATA :connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.01:9980

after click on ok in this error show :
Sia-UL Files ERROR :connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.01:9980

and finally show me : Sia is Stopped and again want password to access to wallet and this cycle is start again.

please guide me in detail,...... ,,thanks
