Not receiving SiaCoin till 2 weeks

I Have made a transaction on poloniex to my sia wallet till 2 weeks but still now i receive nothing . My sia is synchronized and on my poloniex all is debit. I would want to know if I lost my coins. Thanks

Poloniex should give you a transaction id that you can put into the explorer at https://explore.sia.tech
If the transaction is not found in the explorer, contact Poloniex support. If there is no transaction id, contact poloniex support.
