    You need to make sure that you run Sia for a few hours every 6-9 weeks. If it starts uploading data, that means it's doing file repairs and you should leave it on until the file repairs finish.

    I should add, if you go more than 12 weeks without running Sia, you are pretty much guaranteed to lose all of your files.
