Announcing with a domain name

    Am I right in thinking that I can just run host announce mydomain.com:9982 if I want to announce with a domain name.

    I have a dynamic IP with Dynamic DNS set up so it would be better to announce via domain name I think.... Or would it???

    Been doing a bit more reading on this.

    I found lots of old forum threads where Taek is talking about hosts identifiying themselves by public key rather than IP address.

    This makes it sound like announcing with a domain name is not neccessary.. Or won't be neccessary in the future.

    What I'm struggling to work out is if this code is already in the apps or if it's just on the roadmap.

    Can anyone confirm if renters will still be able to find me after my IP changes, I'm using the latest version of the software (UI 1.0.2)
