RPC POST to send fails, it sends only 10 SC each time.

Very weird issue.
I'm using this example from the official documentation:
curl -A "Sia-Agent" --data "amount=123&destination=abcd" "localhost:9980/wallet/siacoins"

It creates 2 transactions, one with 10 sc, the other with 0:

Any ideas what could be going on?

Tried with different destinations, amounts, with a C# POST and with CURL.
