3. Are my files uploading?

Are my files uploading?

    After letting everything sync and sending my siacoin I (foolishly) first selected to upload an ~7GB folder (I should have just tried 1 small file as a test first..)

    Anyway the "files" tab has been completely black since I selected folder. Should I just keep waiting? I'm not seeing large amounts of data leaving my machine via sia (altho, sia does seem to be downloading quite a bit). Is it just trying to hash the files and do all the background magic first? Will I ever see an indicator of how much has been uploaded or ~how long it is going to take?

    Hi, Sia does not currently handle such large amounts of data very well. Over time, your contracts will stall, which is almost certainly what has happened here. We will have a few improvements in the next version (v1.0.2), and a ton of improvements in v1.1.0.
