Original Post:
I'm looking for candidates to test out a new Stratum based OpenCL (currently) miner for Sia.
So far in our testing it's few percent (3-5%) faster than GoMiner, and of course, with stratum, has significantly lower stales.
PM me for more info!

Ok I am using Marlin OpenCL its going great
But how do I make it to use only 30-50% of my GPU no matter what INT I',m Inserting its the same
-
What GPU and INT are you using?
-
@xurious Radeon 6650 the default INT was 25, I changed it to 20, 5 ,16 its the same ,it loads my GPU every time to 96%
Giving me 69,9mhs (Yes i know) and i would like to make it about the half of that or even to 30%
IF i manage to do it i can use it in our office and make total of 3ghs (its not much but its free )
ONly if my Laptop screen goes to Safe mode i have 50% Less use of GPU giving me 34.4mhs So i would like something like this
Btw I mine in the SIA pool and i like the Instant updates
Is it crucial to change the workers name if you use different PC? and finaly Is it ok that i Get "new" adress from my wallet? every time?
-
Int does not determine GPU utilization.
Int 16 should be low enough that anyone using the desktop won't notice it's working.
You can use any payout address you would like. Along with using any worker name you like. The worker name is simply for your convenience.

Marlin 0.9.6 now includes the ability to throttle (using x% of GPU time) using the --throttle command. You can get it here: https://siamining.com/marlin

I couldn't get this to work with nanopool, apparently -H is not enough, something up with the protocol!
