SiaMining.com - First PPS Pool - LP, VarDiff, 3% Fee

@siagirl that should happen right away. What does your cmd line look like?
-
This in gominer
./gominer -H siamining.com:9980 -Q "address=YourSiacoinAddress"
-
@siagirl What's your payout address? Or let me know in a PM.

@xurious
I am trying to mine with SiaMining.com, but I got a very high rejection rate which over 90%, sometimes over 99%.
I have 5 rigs of 4 GTX 1080 each, every rig got a lot of rejection.
But when I'm trying to mining with my gaming computer with has a single AMD fury X, it works perfactly fine. Then I tried to mine with my old computer which has a AMD 7950 graphic, it works fine too...
I am testing the sets above in the same network environment, and same gominer.exe, so I guess there is something wrong with your gominer.exe when working with Nvdia graphic cards?
-
@Zealot What nVidia drivers are you on?
We only added in changes for the miner to work with pools. We didn't code the rest of it.
Can you send logs of the errors to [email protected]?
-
@xurious sure, I will send the log asap.
-
Can't really mine properly. It goes well for about a minute and after that it just steadily declines.

In the cmd window I can see I am hitting ~420MH/s so I don't understand how it goes to 1 MH/s in the pool...This is with the cudaminer. The gominer just produces a lot of invalid shares (duplicates).

This is a problem with the SIA CUDA MINER and not with the pool. The sia cuda miner is still in testing, and not programmed by us.
You should work with author on github here: https://github.com/KlausT/Sia-CUDA-Miner

Yesterday I have mined for some hours with my GTX970. I didn't see a declining hash rate in the pool stats.
Maybe I should test my 750Ti
-
Fair enough, but the gominer produces duplicate shares (60%+) so that's not really possible either :/
-
What else have you tried? Pretty much everyone is using the GoMiner on our pool (amd and nvidia), and they are having great success with low duplicate and invalids.
-
@xurious Nothing really. I kind of gave up after that.

Maybe I should test my 750TiNow I can confirm that the miner is sending fewer shares when the difficulty decreases.
I have no clue why.
This means I don't recommend using Sia-CUDA-miner with slow cards.

Hi!My balance 2900 SIA,last payout more than 12 hours ago.What is happening?

@rugero Now its all OK!
-
Spent many hours trying to mine with you but not having much luck. Trying test system with NVIDIA, Cuda 7, 2x 750ti, ubuntu 15
cudaminer claims ~280 MH/sec/card (expected 300+ based on public info, but close enough). Your pool sees 5-10MH/sec.
gominer (from Siamining github repo) claims 184 MH/sec/card; pool sees 320 MH/sec. Will that gap get larger as I go up to 6 cards? This miner is fussy and seems to through opencl errors & crash.
Need you guys to come up with a viable solution.

Those of you who have problems with Sia-CUDA-miner could try the new version 4.02.
https://github.com/KlausT/Sia-CUDA-Miner/releases
I think that I finally have found the bug and it looks like it's working better now, at least with siamining.com
-
Attention! We've added a small update to GoMiner to improve the rate of invalids some miners see. Please update as soon as possible. Links for the binaries are as follows:
Windows: http://siamining.com/files/gominer/win64/gominer.exe
Linux: http://siamining.com/files/gominer/linux-amd64/gominer.tar.gz
In different news, we are working on a true stratum implementation! Which will be more scalable and versatile than a 'getwork over tcp' sort of approach.
