Sia Ui Wallet issue Hard disk Changing

I changed hard disk on my laptop and now when opening wallet, I cant get it it gives me only option to recover wallet. the old Hard disk i have with me. if I install back that Had disk can I open wallet?

Alternatively, you can copy the sia data folder located in the roaming directory of windows from your old harddisk and paste it onto your new harddisk at the exact same place.
