shareascii and loadascii

So i'm trying to use the shareascii function to try to get an ascii encode output of a file I uploaded to load it up on another machine, but I get the following error:
~$ siac renter shareascii digitalcity
Could not share file: API call not recognized: /renter/shareascii?siapaths=digitalcity
~$where digitalcity is the name of the file uploaded to storage
any insight is much appreciated
-edit - tried searching around in the forums. not finding anything. maybe theres something im doing wrong? Anyone? Anyone? Beuhler?

The share/load ascii routes have been disabled for now. The sia file format is currently being revised and those routes will be re-enabled once the new format is up and running.
