A critical error loading Sia has occured: Siad unexpectedly exited

Hello All,
I am the new user of Sia. I have synchronized for about 60%, then my computer auto restarted at night. when i enter Sia again, it appeared the following messages. i have deleted the Sia floder and download the new file, however the problem still occur. Could anyone can solve this problem? Thanks so much.

Method 1: Deleting transactionpool folder

1. Quit Sia-UI completely (from the system tray icon at the bottom right corner)
2. Navigate to %APPDATA%\Sia-UI\sia
3. Delete the transactionpool folder.
4. Relaunch Sia-UI.

If the method above does not work, try method 2
Method 2: Delete the consensus folder

1. Quit Sia-UI completely (from the system tray icon at the bottom right corner)
2. Navigate to %APPDATA%\Sia-UI\sia
3. Delete the transactionpool and consensus folder.
4. Relaunch Sia-UI.
