Migrate servers issues / 'Net Value' on Sia-UI Menu

Hi.

I have 2 questions.

I want to know how to migrate existing data when a physical server is upgraded or a specification is upgraded (Add or increae hdd capacity, etc.).

I'm wondering if there is currently an impact on my hosting status (server suspension penalty, ranking, etc.).

What is 'Net Value' in the wallet menu of Sia-UI? In my guess, it seems to be happens(withdraw coins) cases like;
