    I sent some Sia coin via shapeshift to my SIA Wallet. However it is not showing yet and has been synchronizing extrememly slowly - EG 1% every hour.

    Is this supposed to happen?

  • Thats normal, also check the internet connection. Are you using your celular data for that ?

    Mine tooks 3 days the first time. After that will be faster. !!!!

    Network connection speed is one factor, another one is disk speed. I wouldn't recommend hosting on a spinning HDD, let alone hosting on networked storage (NAS).
