As I know the fastest miner ever now in market is Antminer A3 which mines 815 GHS
So the miner in photo has the same speed of approx 17 ant miner A3!!
How this could be posibble please guys someone tell me?

I am wondering whether this guys is Halong mining or not.

Probably it is Halong Mining.
If these machines become widespread, I think A3 will be garbage.
