File Delete / Update

Hi Sia Comunity! :)

I'm new to Sia Network and I have some questions...

When user upload a file(let's suppose 1MB) a contract is generated for that file and a period.
What happens with the contract if I delete the file... I'm still entitled to use that space (1MB) for the rest of the period or that's it?!

What happens if I want to update the file? Delete & Upload + a new contract?
