What are Siacoin's transfer fees if any and how are they determined?
(I didn't see this clearly posted anywhere so I figured I'd ask for the record)

Before this post I actually didn't attempt to try and send any Siacoin. When you send Siacoin it will indicate the fee amount at least from the wallet.
How those fees are determined are still a mystery though. I would like an answer to that.
