Sending Sia

I tried to send Sia from the desktop wallet, but get the following error: "could not parse send amount"

1. What do I do wrong?
2. Is there a fee that I have to distract? If yes, what percentage?

Same thing happen to me. I do not know how to solve the problem

Just found out: fee is 0.3 per 1000 Sia. You have to distract that yourself if you want to send the total amount.
