Lost Transfer from Bittrex to Sia-UI

Hello team, tried to transfer my sia coin from bittrex to the sia desktop wallet for the first time and am running into some issues. I waited for the sia client to be fully synchronized then I selected receive siacoin, unlocked my wallet and the receiving address was ec27346a38ef1d85b9f33c900036206f1e34e6da93421f44967209db477c52e9e054b82f0888.

I went to transfer from Bittrex and it never showed up. Opened the UI again the next day and the address had changed to 2427c4942d704ada1639b6f4e0d433b24795bfbb4f61d6c269876b2aa4470c5185819178661e. I then named it and saved it and tried sending another transaction and it has been two days and it still has not shown up. Now when I log back into the wallet and wait for it to sync, the wallet address is still there but still not coins.

I also checked the the explorer and neither of the address or txids show up. Any help would be appreciated.

Contact bittrex if you cannot find your TXID on the blockchain explorer since the transaction is not completed. New addresses are generated everytime you press the receive siacoin button but all the addresses are linked to your seed and can be used.
