How to delete my sia wallet

Hi there, By mistake I didnt save the passphrase and wallet, and had to wait until the blockchain was 100 downloaded, now I want to start from very beginning, but cant delete the wallet from windows, can someone tell me the best way to do it_

I did try to uninstall from control panel but dont see sia there,
Also did try deleting the folder where sia is installed but can{t do it because sia is running, but can not shut down sia when I close from the x just dont close or shut down

went to the manager tasks, but nothing yet..
