Siacoin Transfer from Poloniex to HitBtc not received till now

Dear friends
good day

i had transfered an amount of 33640 Sc from my account in Poloniex to my account in HitBtc and after transfer and before receiving my transfer , the HitBtc start MAintainace for Sc coin. and after 15 days from Maintainace now it show me disabled in Sc deposit and or withdrowal . the question now . can i get my Sc back to my Poloniex account ? what will be the fate of my money if i cant return it back ?
