Hard drive failure
-
What happens to your collateral if you have a hard drive failure? Even if you buy a 10 TB hard drive, there is a high likelihood a mechanical hard drive would fail. If you're hosting 50-100 TB, it's very likely to have a failure during a contract.

Greetings,
RAID your drives in case of hard drive failure. I have 6 2TB drives in RAID 5 (10TB Array). Any drive can die and all the data is still in the RAID array. Pop in a new drive and you are good to go.
