My host is not connectable... again and again(

Hi guys!
I have problems configuring hosting in Sia-UI

“Host Unreachable
Your host is not connectable at the configured net adress. Check your UPNP or NAT setting.”

I've read many different forums in which I advise you to deeply configure the router. But for me it is simply impossible. I often travel and connect via wi-fi to different routers of hotels, coworking spaces, airports, cafes, etc.
Why not make it easier like a torrent seeding, so I can be a host on travel.

You cannot host if you bring your laptop to multiple location since you will have different ip addresses at different location. Your host uptime should also be more than 98% or else you get penalize. Since you often travel, you cannot achieve such high uptime and you will not earn anything.
