sia blockchain explorer once showed confirmed balance, and now does not

Tested paper wallet with a few sia coins then once seen to be confirmed in blockchain explorer sent over the rest. now when searching for wallet address message shown is :

Hash not found :<
We couldn't find anything. The tx may have not been indexed yet, or there are simply no transactions from your address.

Is the explorer not functioning?

just to clarify i created and tested the paper wallet about three weeks ago

The explorer has had issues. Hopefully that's all it is. You could try transferring the paper wallet to a Sia_UI wallet to check, but that kinda negates the point of creating the paper wallet in the first place. But then again mining fees are low and it may be a good way to get and answer quickly. Good luck with this!
