HitBTC to Siacoin wallet - transaction is missing?

Hi All,

I made a withdrawal from HitBTC to my Siacoint wallet but this transaction is nowhere to be found.

HitBTC provided this info:

I searched for this transaction but found nothing.

In their system (HitBTC) the coins are gone, the status is pending. I tried contacting the HitBTC support but nothing so far.

Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

If you cannot find your TXID on the blockchain explorer, the transaction is not made, the only way you can solve them is by contacting HitBTC since they are in control of your coin.

I am having the same issue with a transfer from HitBTC. Sent on 30th December and no trace of them since!!

Have you had any luck locating your coins yet?

Nope, I have not located the coins yet. I contacted HitBTC support and got this message:

SC is temporarily unavailable for the deposits, trading and withdrawals due to the technical maintenance.
Our engineers are working hard on the wallet update - please be sure that your coins are safe and the operations are going to be available soon.

Sounds good (overall) but this was 16 days ago. I know that resolving this is probably not easy...but 16 days?! I am not sure if I need to push them again, but I might have to as this does not seem to be a priority (if it was I doubt it would take 16+ days..)

How about your case? Ware you able to locate your coins?
