    so guys, hereby an update... I found an online help site : https://discordapp.com --> register and make an account. The people here can help you out with technical issues.

    the problem with loading: there is a folder on your pc called: AppData\Roaming\Sia-UI
    here you can find a folder called Sia. I have been recommended to delete this folder. So I deleted it and after that I started my Sia UI again it worked. Make sure you have downloaded the latest Sia UI v.1.3.1

    The app has to sync 100% first. after that you can make a connection with your old seed.
    that last step, I have not execute yet, because first Sia UI has to sync first and it is taking a lot of time. After that I hope to find my Siacoins in my wallet. To be sure that I tried everything, I also issued a support ticket from poloniex "not received withdraw".

    one more important message: after being on this site (https://discordapp.com ) I learned that Poloniex is not a preferred supplier for Sia. Just saying and spreading the word. after my Sia UI has synced I will post again an update. Hope this information can help you out.

    It looks like you've found your answers. All exchanges are struggling to some extent with sia wallets. I believe this will be resolved in the first quarter of 2018. *crosses fingers"

    Once you're up and running, backup your roaming folder at least daily. I use a freeware program called synkron to automatically backup mine ever 12 hours.

    Hi guys, I have received my coins!

    The key to succes is, patience! The syncing takes a lot of time. It took me around 35 hours. after that you can load your old seed. This also takes some time. After that your coins will apear in your wallet.

    Ya I'm not sure why there is so much difference in people's blockchain download/sync times. It took me around 6 hours the first time around block 132000.
