What is needed for a backup of my wallet? (mac)

I have my seed and password. But I don't no where i can find the files to backup my wallet. Can anyone help me?

You don't need to backup your wallet. Just keep the seed somewhere safe (multiple places, ideally, and all offline of course!).
You can recreate your wallet anywhere with just your seed.
