i'm new to sia and i want to know what are the allowed files to be hosted on sia . i.e. is anything allowed or there are any categories forbidden to be used like songs , porn, ...or any other category

No, all your files are encrypted and nobody can see what you upload.
There are multiple angles to this discussion, and I think it's been discussed to death - please use search for posts in this forum and on the Sia Reddit to find them all.

There are no rules. You can upload anything that you're brave enough to put on the internet. No one can shut down your files without having your SEED. Hosts cannot see or discriminate your content since it is encrypted and only partial files.
