siad error - unsure of impact

Windows environment. I run siad manually before I start SIA-UI. There are no issues that I can see in general - my host is online, logs are updating, UI is working. Note I have no contracts yet.

Logged in as administrator and running siad in elevated mode "As Administrator". After about 24 hours there is an error in siad console, but again does not seem to impact anything.

Is this error a concern - what does the rename operation of the file achieve and what happens if it fails like that? There is a zero byte temp file named like the file in the host folder. After pressing Ctrl-C siad terminates gracefully so this error does not hang the process.
