What can I do to find my coins after full sync and the final BlockHeight is lower than the transaction height

you can confirm that the transaction actually occurred using block explorer. If that's confirmed, you can troubleshoot the client synchronization. For me, to fully sync the first time I had to manually enter peers to sync with. There is a site that provides current "gateway" addresses or peer addresses
