Hello,

I transfer 2500 siacoins to my sia wallet. it shows that transaction is successful but in my siacoin wallet balance is zero. could you help me?

From bittrex account: I got these information:

but in my siacoin wallet I have two addresses

Prior Addresses:

When I was sending address was 1F9iRniAdiVNipi3LpKBmh5ZPhibuRqfMn now my sia wallet is showing another address. Or maybe ı did something wrong.

The address (1F9iRniAdiVNipi3LpKBmh5ZPhibuRqfMn) you are sending your coins to looks incorrect.

The TXID cannot be found on the block explorer which means that the transaction is never completed.

All the addresses generated by the wallet are linked to your seed and all of them are usable. You can list all the addresses generated by typing wallet addresses in the terminal of Sia-Ui.

If you cannot see your coins in your Bittrex wallet after they finish their maintenance, contact them.

hello,

I transferred 1000 coins from my sia wallet to poloniex and it went to an error. I had to update to sia.ui v1.3.1 to see the updated transaction. now, it says it was confirmed but its been 2 days and it still hasn't shown up in poloniex.

Can you help me with this Poloniex 'Complete: Error' problem? I sent last 2017-12-22 15:34:22 from Polo to my SIA-UI wallet until now i haven't receive. SC sent to address 81383db2754f515d89c7dc140586907155671a37437ba958dbd2bcd4238d43bbb6a141ce621b

Then, last 5-Jan-2018, I tried sending again hoping i will get it this time, yet i didn't receive for the 2nd time. It says Complete with no error.

Sia-UI generates a new address everytime you press the receive siacoin button, all addresses generated are linked to your seed and can be used. Type wallet addresses in the terminal of Sia-UI to view all the generated addresses.
