File storage application development

I'm looking for someone that can develop a file storage application based on Sia.
It would be one where I could store client documents, and give each of my clients the ability to log in and view their own docs.
They would also need the ability to send the docs, or a link to the docs, to CPA, attorney, etc.

Functionality like Sharefile.
