Can I borrow some SIA Coin?

Well I can't buy any because the only two places to buy it - BITTREX is not receiving new accounts and ShapeShift says you can't buy SIA Coin temporarily. So IDK how to buy it. Seems like maybe it isn't possible? This is not fun because I want to start hosting with the SIA client. Bummer! If someone could donate like 4000SC I could get started. (What's that like $1? $2?).
