Lost sia coins while deposit it on hitbtc

Hello all. On 7th December i made a deposit 99197 sia coins from Poloniex to Hitbtc platform. Right after my deposit wallet adress in my account details was changed, support said that it's their issue and their engineers will refund my coins soon. But today is 17th December and i still dont have any coins on my account's wallet. Can anyone help me or give me a good advice? I feel broken because it was all my money in crypto.

I also lost a transfer of 60000 siacoins from poloniex to siacoin wallet which support you think i should contact? Siacoin or Poloniex? I cant seem to find Siacoin support link

Same problem here. I transfered 25000 from my wallet to hitbtc and its now been 10 days. Lets hope they will resolve it soon ;(
