    First of all, I have some money in the wallet:

    I have sent 5k SC to the wallet. And except this incomes I don't see any others.

    So?! Nobody knows the basic things? How long should I wait to stop the server without any fine?

    As it's explained here https://blog.sia.tech/how-to-run-a-host-on-sia-2159ebc4725

    1. Retiring a Host
      Stop accepting contracts in your SIA-UI, after that you need to wait until all your contracts finish(this could be months, depending what length your existing contracts are). When all contracts finished you will get all the collateral back and all the income will be in your wallet. At that point you can stop running SIA-UI :)
