Wallet Locked and I just sent 10K sia to wallet

So i created a Sia wallet wrote down pass and seed.... I bought just under 10K coins and sent to wallet... it said 0% sync ... i decided to click lock wallet to see what it would do it then asked for password i put password in it didnt work, after browsing this forum i deleted the wallet thru %APPDATA%\Sia-UI\sia\ then re launched and it tried to load wallet from seed and it still wont work. Can someone please help me

Very frustrated.. was excited to buy 10K sia coins.. was planning to buy 100K tomorrow. And now my wallet is locked and gone. Maybe a sign that this isnt what I had hopes for with my investment...

@TopTrader let finish sync. if it doesn't arrive then submit a support ticket. Best advice is do not try and remove coins from exchanges.

@bryan the wallet is gone tho........ I try to recover using SEED code. and it wont work.

@bryan is there a way to have them sent back to polo... until this wallet becomes more secure.. I have no idea where my coins are at this moment and im not happy about it

@TopTrader i tried my seed code in EasySia.. and it accepted it says its scanning take 10-20min
