Missing coins

3.5 days ago, I made a siacoin deposit to an exchange and while it got confirmed, the hash could not be found, nor I am able to find my deposit, so now I have decided to register here and check with you.

This is an occurring problem these guys don't care because not a single person's issues have been resolved they tell you to open a ticket and then do nothing. Only hope is Bittrex will help you out because these guys are understaffed and useless

@Reign We're not associated with any exchanges so unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it other than give the only advice we have.

I also did withdraw from bittrex, 4 days ago. They said transaction is completed, but there is nothing in my wallet. I dont know how this supposed to be working like I system when you cant even transfer your coins?

@playaaa29 You have to talk to bittrex about that. Our software is functioning properly. It's bittrex software that is malfunctioning.
