Where and how can I track my coin. I sent it from poloniex to bittrex and its over 3 hours bit I still have not received my coin

Search by Hash with the transaction ID if you have one.
If the transaction doesn't exist or you still don't have your coins then I'd open a support ticket with Poloniex.

Someone makes transaction from my wallet and now i didnt have anything ... I opened my walled I just have to see transacction from my wallet i didnt know who is it someone stole all syacoins ... I wrote to Sya to stop this they told me the transaction will be stop but all transactions are confirm ... and i don't have anything .
