@bryan I understand, but in my case the transaction on the exchange side is completed. Got the hash. So, correct me if I'm wrong, but the exchange will tell me to check with my wallet.

Edit: Apparently, we're not the only ones with the same problem. So I read all I could about this. The posts about reinstalling the wallet seem like a good idea, but are mostly from a couple of months ago. Would that still be a good option? Running the latest version of SIA-UI.

I got same problem, I have sent same amount, 16k. 24 hrs still nothing in the wallet, on bitrex it says completed, version is newest and it synchronized.

@thomas Trust me guys we go through this every time there is a price increase on Sia coin. The exchanges can't keep up so they lose their transactions. They will of course claim it's your wallet. But you must submit support tickets until they react. Some users waited 23+ days the last time SIA jumped in price.

Hello Guys, same problem here... I'm new to SC and I've sent my SC from Bittrex to my SC wallet and still dont received anything.. You can find some screenshots down below. Where can I type in my transactions ID to track the transaction from the blockchain? If I go to https://explore.sia.tech I only can see that this hash was not found.... I've the newest version of SC installed. Thank you very much for help!

@bryan "The exchanges can't keep up so they lose their transactions" => what do you mean by that and what's a solution to this problem? Have I lost my coins?

Yet I have no SC in my wallet.

So i created a Sia wallet wrote down pass and seed.... I bought just under 10K coins and sent to wallet... it said 0% sync ... i decided to click lock wallet to see what it would do it then asked for password i put password in it didnt work, after browsing this forum i deleted the wallet thru %APPDATA%\Sia-UI\sia\ then re launched and it tried to load wallet from seed and it still wont work. Can someone please help me
