Loading Sia-UI on Mac problem

I downloaded V 1.3.0 (capricorn) for MAC. I installed it and once loaded worked OK including the wallet.

Now as I try to load it even after downloading and installing the UI again I get the following message........

A critical error loading Sia has occured: Siad unexpectedly exited. Error log: Loading...
(0/6) Loading siad...
listen tcp 127.0.0.1:9980: bind: address already in use

How can I get the Sia-UI working again on my Mac?

@permaworld I dunno anything about Mac but it seems like you have two instances running.
