How do I recreate the wallet? I'm having the same problem.

@nphan3106 shut down Sia. Delete your wallet file in appdata/roaming/Sia. Then start Sia. Should ask you to create a wallet. Then once new wallet is created do wallet recovery.

I forgot to mention that my wallet is a cold storage wallet. The process is still the same right?

@nphan3106 should be. Though it would no longer be a cold wallet once you do that. Alternatively you could use the web wallet in my signature.

I have a significant amount of coins in the cold storage wallet and am afraid I won't be able to recover it.

Is it common for this to happen? For there to be problems with the password when someone tries to load their wallet with their seed? Should I be worried?

@nphan3106 as long as you have your seed you can recover your wallet.
