Can an uploaded file be accessed by anyone or only the renter?

Hi,
I am new to Sia and trying to understand.
I have managed to upload and download a file, from my Sia command line.
But can that file be accessed from anywhere else?
In other words, is there a public URL or some sort of identifier that allows me to share the location of the file with others?

nope... The renter holds the private key. The files are encrypted. It is the renters only.
However if you look at the road map for SIA a coming versino is speaking about makkin simple file sharing available. In the first place to other ISA users...
